Policies

Barclay-Rex currently ships only to the United States.
All orders received by 1pm EST Monday-Friday will be shipped that day. In the event that an order received by 1pm cannot be shipped, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone. Items not in stock will be shipped as soon as the item is available. Your shipping confirmation and packing list will advise you of the estimated shipment date of any backordered item.

General Terms
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover cards are accepted. No C.O.D. orders are accepted.

New York State residents will be charged 8.625% sales tax. All sales of tobacco products will include an 18% tobacco tax.

Return Policies
All our merchandise is carefully checked before shipment. If you are not satisfied with the product, you must contact us within three (3) days to receive a return authorization. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the package being returned to us. Items returned without a valid Return Authorization Number are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or can be refused.

Returned Unopened

We will accept returned unopened cigar boxes and other tobacco items within ten (10) days of the purchase date and give you an exchange, replacement, or refund. We will issue full credit for any unopened boxes of cigars Credit will be proportionately given for what is returned. Barclay-Rex will not accept cigars or tobacco items returned after ten (10) days. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Returned Opened

Opened cigars or tobacco will not be accepted under any circumstances.

We can only accept returns for merchandise that customers purchased directly from Barclay-Rex.

The information we collect will be used to fulfill orders only. We do not share the information with other organizations for any purpose. We may, on occasion, send special product information to you. If at any time you no longer wish to receive such e-mail or postal mailings from us, please let us know. We will be sure your name is removed from our lists for such purposes. Please provide us with your exact name and address.

The telephone number you supply during your order process may be used should we need to contact you about the current order. Your phone number will not be used for future solicitations.
